Royal Caribbean has brought on Workstage to design and build their new state-of-the-art Customer Service Center in Springfield, Oregon. Royal Caribbean signed a 20-year lease with Workstage.   • 162,587 square foot Customer Service Call Center
  • Pursuing LEED® certification, one of only 12 LEED® buildings in Oregon
  • Occupancy expected in late December 2005
  • Accommodate 250 employees at completion, and 1,000 by 2008
  • Unique features: Wellness Center, Breakout Areas, Outdoor Dining & Terrace Areas, Natural Light, Underfloor Services Distribution
